NATURAL HAZELNUT KERNELS

This product is the kernel cracked out of the hazelnut in-shell and further left unprocessed. Hazelnut kernels are in general classified as Extra, Class 1, and Class 2. The main calibrations are 9-11 mm, 11-13 mm, and 13-15 mm. Hazelnuts smaller than this size are called thin or piccolo (6-9mm) hazelnuts.

BLANCHED HAZELNUT KERNELS

This product is prepared by removing the skin from raw hazelnut kernels with the application of heat and separating them from partially bleached kernels.

IN SHELL HAZELNUTS

They are spherical hazelnuts with almost the same length, width and thickness. They are generally medium-sized and high-quality. They are rich in healthy oils and protein. All types of hazelnuts that can be easily chopped and bleached are in this group.

ROASTED HAZELNUT KERNELS

This product contains roasted hazelnuts. Hazelnuts can be prepared at a desired roasting degree, such as light, medium or dark roasted. Also the skin content of the roasted hazelnut kernels can be determined according to a desired rate of the customer, up to almost skinless.

BLANCHED HAZELNUT MEAL

This product is prepared by grinding raw or roasted hazelnuts into powder. It is mostly used in baking, and biscuit and ice cream making.

ROASTED HAZELNUT MEAL

This product is prepared by grinding freshly roasted hazelnuts into powder. This product is mainly used in biscuits, cookies, ice cream and various healthy foods instead of flour due to its nutrient content and delicious aroma.

BLANCHED DICED HAZELNUT KERNEL

This product is prepared by dicing natural or roasted hazelnut kernels into millimetric pieces (2-4 mm, 3-5 mm, etc.) in accordance with the right technique.

ROASTED DICED HAZELNUT KERNELS

This product is prepared by roasting hazelnut kernels and dicing them into smaller pieces. It can be prepared at a desired roasting degree, such as light, medium or dark roasted. Also the skin content of the roasted hazelnut kernels can be determined according to a desired rate of the customer, up to almost skinless. This product is not only used in the chocolate industry, but also considered as a healthy snack option.

HAZELNUT PASTE

This product contains %75 Hazelnuts and % 25 unrefined sugars. It is prepared by roasting hazelnuts in copper pots, and grinding them into fine paste.
